At present St. Stephen's has 35 households. It has an active Knights of Columbus Club and a Christian Mothers Society. It has a good choir. Almost all children are altar servers from the time they are third graders through high school. Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers and Ushers also serve the parish.

The members of St. Stephen's are farmers or retired farmers. The Church Board sees to it that the Church and Cemetery are well taken care of. The Christian Mothers do a great job providing for the needs of the interior of the Church. Coffee and rolls are served after Mass every third Sunday of the month.

The pastor is from St. Mary's, Richardton, ND and the parish records of baptisms, marriages and deaths are kept there.
